The Hospitality Collections Analyst will be responsible for invoice preparation, distribution, collections, account analysis and general ledger reconciliations related to our contract/hospitality carpet division. Our customer base consists primarily of high-end hotels and organizations.

The Analyst will be responsible for the creation and distribution of invoices in a timely and accurate manner. The incumbent will be required to make daily decisions to hold or release sales orders for customers that have past due balances. This requires a mature vision and attitude that allows for the collection of funds while maintaining good customer relations. The position requires the ability to research and resolve customer billing questions, assist with establishing credit terms and limits and maintaining customer master files.

This position requires a high level of organization and impeccable follow-up skills. This crucial role will be the point of contact for all our contract division projects. The Analyst must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 5-7 years experience with accounts receivable and general ledger reconciliations is required.
