Initial meetings between our designers, technical experts, senior management and members of our quality assurance team, ensure that all issues of color placement, raw material selection, tactile and visual aesthetics are considered and resolved. Once a design concept has been established by the client, our skilled teams of experienced designers, conversant with the latest in computer-aided design technology, are able to turn our clients' most creative concepts into visual realities.
Providing significant benefits to the client, our advanced computer-aided design technology, creatively
demonstrates our commitment to the highest quality and personalized
style. With this technology, clients are able to look at scaled
versions of multiple design repeats in full-color. This allows for
visual imperfection, that might not be perceived from a single repeat,
to be assessed and resolved before a single yarn is woven. Working
hand-in-hand with our designers, clients may respond immediately to any
changes with computerized printouts of the design.
A hand sample
of the design is then presented to the client, along with poms of all
the colored yarns. When the design and colors are accepted, the sample
is signed off by the client, cut in half, with one section retained by
the client, the other by Couristan, for a reference sample prior to
full-scale production.
